• You will be part of our global supply chain team, having the chance to manage product launches and new Supply chains worldwide and, having a direct impact on the growth of Emma.
• You will manage new products and supply chain launches by working with internal product teams while cooperating with other operational teams to assuring the correct scalable and cost-effective strategy for our growing business.
• You will work closely with markets and the global product team on realizing product-market fit and scaling the supply chain based on the market and company needs.
• You will work hand in hand with Product Development and our Global Category Leads being part of new developments and responsible for the implementation and realization together with our suppliers.
• You will have ownership over your own strategic projects linked closely with our Chief Operating Officer.
• You will proactively manage the relationships with all strategic partners and suppliers fostering collaboration and heavily contribute to a fast go to market timeline
• You as a project manager will make sure the End-to-End implementation of the projects and derive learning from it.
• You will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience to all our stakeholders.
• You work very closely with other incubator team members but also other Operations teams (Logistics, OPEX, Planning, Procurement) to master our supply chain from an end-to-end perspective.
• You proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improvement or potential risks.
